HOW TO PLACE ORDER TO THE SHOPPING CART |
|
There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed.
- Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2.
- Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods.
- Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
- After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

ORDER CANCELLATIONS |
|
- If you decide that you wish to cancel the order that you have placed using whosbelle.com, please contact to service center (1:1 care) on the left bottom menu.
- If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to whosbelle.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused. |

RETURN & REFUND POLICY |
|
- You can ask returns or exchanges within 3 days from your product's arrival date. If you definitively decide returns or exchanges, you must ship back the product to whosbelle.com within these 3 days.
- Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- All Shipping back to whosbelle.com and shipping costs for your order & redelivery for exchanges are paid by the customer. For exchanges, shipping costs must be paid before redelivery.
- Some products will be labeled "No Return". whosbelle.com will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult carefully product information for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order. Products of SALE are "No Return" and "No Exchange" products.
- If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact to service center (1:1 care) on the left bottom menu. All claims must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. |

REFUND TIMES |
|
- After our warehouse has received your return and verified that it meets all of the requirements specified in our Return Policy, whosbelle.com will request your refund immediately and will send you a confirmation e-mail. Refund could be made within 3 days from the date of retrun.
- Refund on Point or Coupon: if the total of your refund is covered by the Point or Coupon used to pay for the order, or if you choose to receive your refund on your Point or Coupon, the refunded amount will be available in your Point or Coupon within 24 hours. If you have paid at least a part of your order with Point or Coupon, the corresponding refund will be automatically issued to your Point or Coupon.
- Refund on PayPal: your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours. The actual refund to the Credit Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
- Refund for Checks (customers owning the french check account only): the refund will be made by Checks within 48 hours. |

INFORMATION ABOUT "SOLD OUT" |

- Some products on whosbelle.com can be "Sold out" even if appear "in stcok".
- In this case, you will receive the information by e-mail. You must response within 24 hours about your decision.
- If you do not response within this time, and if your order contains several items and some items are "sold out", the products will be shipped without the items "sold out". The refund for the products "sold out" will be made immediately.
- If you do not response within this time, and if your order contains the items "sold out" only, the refund will be made immediately. | |
